080 DSR – Your Most Valuable Asset

Your most valuable asset isn’t money, gold, 401k, or stock. It is, of course, your mind. Everything else comes from here.

Clean up your mind, clean up your life. Not happy with what’s showing up in your life? Clean up what’s going into your mind. TV, radio, magazines are all sources of mind garbage. Be careful what you bring into your mind.

The Three Basics:

Air – Learn to breathe deeply in meditation. Spirit is air. Practice whole body breathing. When you inhale you should feel your stomach expanding outward. You aren’t breathing from the chest.

Water – Drink the purest water possible. It isn’t tap water. You need distilled or reverse osmosis. Distilled water is a vacuum that pulls out the toxins and non-organic matter in the body. Your body is 70% water. Drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of it a day and see what happens.

Food – Avoid foods that are acidic. Examples of acidic foods: bread, all meats, dairy, pasta, chocolate, alcohol, coffee, tobacco. Acidity is dis-ease. Alkaline is health. These are basic laws of the universe and how creation occurs. Eat alkaline foods.

Clean up the above three areas and you’ll see radical change in your life.

Input = Output
Clean mind = Higher vibration
Clean body = Higher vibration
Higher vibration = Enlightenment

  1. Great information Greg, thanks !! I do have a question though. One of the 3 things you mentioned that we need to clean up in our bodies is “AIR”. My question about this is, “What about Chemtrails”? What are they? Do they really exist? If so, what can I do to reduce the toxic effect of them?


    • Hello Mike,
      Thank you for taking time to comment. Creating dialogue is very important. I’ve never studied chemtrails before but do not doubt they are a reality. They are said to be the gov’t intentionally spraying toxic chemicals into the air (by plane) to poison us. No different than how they poison our drinking water: http://www.fluoridealert.org.

      When I say clean up the air it can be as simple as cleaning the air ducts in your home, vacuuming regularly, and avoiding the use of toxic sprays like hairspray, paint, etc. Spend time outside. More importantly, practice whole body breathing every day. Very simple to take 15 min., at least, each day to consciously breathe. When you inhale you are pushing your stomach out. You aren’t breathing from your chest.

      Take it slow. You can do this when waiting in line in public. People won’t notice once you get the hang of it at home. Our bodies are starving for oxygen. Couple the whole body breathing with drinking 1/2 to 1 gal. of distilled water per day and you have an amazing natural house cleaning for the body.
